As children across New Mexico head into a new school year, Big Brothers Big Sisters has exciting news that will help us reach and support even more youth across the state.

After thoughtful conversations and planning, the Boards of Big Brothers Big Sisters Mountain Region and Big Brothers Big Sisters Central New Mexico have voted to merge into a single, united organization: Big Brothers Big Sisters of New Mexico.

This merger allows us to:

• • Better serve children in both rural and urban communities
  • Strengthen resources and funding efficiencies
  • Ensure equal support for youth across the state

Our new CEO, Dionne Cruz Miller, is honored to lead this united effort alongside the experienced leadership teams from both regions. Together, we are building a stronger future for New Mexico’s children.
